In 2016, Makiko Akyama, founder of La Lueur de l'Aube, opened her first artisan jewelry store in Paris, in the 6th arrondissement. Of Japanese origin and influenced by Paris, Makiko is fond of working with metals and textures, where she finds her artistic identity.
From sparkling to shimmering, Makiko strives to convey her sensibility and a touch of poetry through her handcrafted jewelry. All her jewels are handmade in Paris, reflecting her creativity and craftsmanship.
