Terms of Participation and Ticket Allocation
In order to ensure complete fairness among our customers, all entries are centralized in a single master ledger:
In-store: FROM OCTOBER 1 TO OCTOBER 31, 2026 AT 2:00 PM, YOU WILL RECEIVE ONE LOTTERY TICKET FOR EVERY €200 SPENT.
As a way of thanking as many of you as possible for your continued loyalty and giving everyone a fair opportunity to participate, the number of entries is limited to a maximum of 5 tickets per person, regardless of the total amount spent during the promotional period.
The number of tickets is calculated solely on the basis of the amounts actually paid during the promotional period, from October 1 to October 31, 2026, regardless of the date on which the order was placed or the jewellery was collected.
Your numbered ticket will be handed to you in person at the time of payment, and your contact details will be recorded in our official register.
Example 1:
An order for €400 is placed in September, with a €200 deposit paid in September and the remaining €200 paid in October when the jewellery is collected: 1 ticket will be issued.Example 2:

Our team reviews online orders every morning. You will receive a personalised email containing your official ticket number, which will also be recorded in our official register.
Non-cumulative: Tickets are assigned per single transaction. Separate purchases made at different times cannot be combined to obtain a ticket.
Returns and exchanges on the initial purchase: If the purchase that triggered the ticket allocation is canceled and refunded, the raffle entry is also canceled. The ticket number will then be deactivated in the ledger. If you make a simple item exchange, your ticket naturally remains valid.
Lost physical ticket: Simply send an email to contact@la-lueur.com with your full name and the date of your purchase. After verification against our master ledger, we will resend your official numbers.

Terms of Use for Store Credits
Strictly personal voucher: Only the official holder of the winning ticket can redeem the store credit. Vouchers cannot be transferred or gifted to another person.
Validity: The voucher is valid for a period of 6 months and cannot be exchanged.
Non-refundable: Store credit is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be used for bespoke or custom-made creations.
Single-use: Store credit must be redeemed in a single transaction; no change will be given and no remaining balance will be retained. You may complete the purchase with your own funds if the total exceeds the credit amount.
Non-combinable: This anniversary store credit cannot be combined with any other active promotional codes.
Atelier redemption: When redeeming your credit in-store, you will be asked to present your ID along with the winning ticket under the same name.
International delivery: If you win and reside abroad, any potential customs duties and import fees associated with delivery remain your responsibility.
The Raffle Draw
The grand raffle draw will take place live on our Instagram account on October 31 st 15H. The three winners will then be contacted individually and will receive a unique promo code, valid on our online store or at our Parisian atelier. A wonderful opportunity to get ahead on your end-of-year gifting while trying your luck!
