n 2016, Makiko Akyama, founder of La Lueur de l'Aube, opened her first artisan jewelry store in Paris, in the 6th arrondissement. Of Japanese origin and steeped in Parisian influence, Makiko is passionate about working with metals and textures, where she finds her artistic identity.
Moving from shimmer to light, Makiko strives to convey her sensibility and a touch of poetry through her handmade jewelry for women. All her jewelry is made in Paris, reflecting her craftsmanship and creativity.
